Vault & Eden Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
Welcome to Vault & Eden. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the website
www.vaultandeden.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which govern all access to and use of the Site,
including purchases and any other interactions therewith, in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Colombia.
2. User Registration
The individual registering on the Site (the “User”) represents and warrants that all
information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. By completing registration, the
User expressly authorizes Vault & Eden to collect, process, and use their personal data in
accordance with the Vault & Eden Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
3. Commercial Communications
By accepting these Terms, the User grants Vault & Eden consent to send commercial,
promotional, or marketing communications via electronic means. The User may withdraw
such consent at any time by contacting info@vaultandeden.com.
Privacy and Data Protection
Vault & Eden complies with Law 1581 of 2012, Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1480 of 2011, and
their implementing regulations. Personal data shall be processed solely for purposes directly
related to Vault & Eden’s business activities. The complete Privacy Policy is available on the
Site.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases made through the Site shall be processed securely via Openpay, a certified
payment gateway. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and other
authorized electronic means.
Vault & Eden does not retain banking or financial information.
Shipping and Delivery
Domestic (Colombia):
● Products in stock: dispatched within five (5) business days of payment confirmation.
● Products out of stock: dispatched within twenty (20) business days.
International:
● In stock: delivered within fifteen (15) business days.
● Out of stock: delivered within thirty (30) business days.
Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the User during checkout, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Vault & Eden shall not be liable for delays arising from inaccurate address information or the recipient’s absence.
Shipping Costs
Domestic shipments are complimentary on purchases exceeding COP $500,000.
International shipping charges shall be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Warranty and Returns
Vault & Eden provides a manufacturing warranty valid for one (1) month from receipt. Claims for damages caused during shipping or errors in dispatch must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.
Warranty coverage excludes damages arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties. Jewelry containing precious stones may require specialized maintenance not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting info@vaultandeden.com. Vault & Eden will evaluate the claim and provide a response within ten (10) business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt, provided that products are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
Exchanges are not available for:
● Personalized products.
● Jewelry modified at the User’s request.
● Products with discounts of forty percent (40%) or greater.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Law 1480 of 2011, the User may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5)
business days of delivery. Products must be returned in perfect condition. All shipping costs
shall be borne by the User.
Payment Reversal
Where payment was made by electronic means, the User may request a payment reversal in
the following cases: (i) fraud; (ii) unauthorized purchase; or (iii) non-receipt or defective
condition of the product. Requests must be submitted within five (5) business days from the
occurrence of the relevant event.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Parties may seek resolution through conciliation
or settlement agreements prior to pursuing judicial remedies.
Prices
All prices published on the Site include applicable VAT. International orders may be subject
to local duties and taxes, which shall be borne exclusively by the User. Prices are subject to
change at Vault & Eden’s sole discretion, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property and Site Use
All content, designs, logos, images, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the exclusive
property of Vault & Eden and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual
property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without
Vault & Eden’s prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Vault & Eden shall not be held liable for: (i) failures in connectivity or access to the Site; (ii)
security of the User’s device; or (iii) unauthorized access by third parties. Users are advised
to access the Site only through secure networks and protected devices.
Amendments
Vault & Eden reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time and without
prior notice. Continued use of the Site following such amendments shall constitute
acceptance thereof.
