VAULT & EDEN will deliver your product in perfect condition to the address indicated at the time of purchase. This address must be located in Colombia and allow for delivery during business hours (Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).

It is essential that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete. Furthermore, someone must be available to receive the order. In the event that the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, VAULT & EDEN shall not be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred for return or reshipment.

Deliveries may occur at any time during the day once the order is out for distribution. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or time slot.
